KANGPOKPI, July 22: While distribution of Old Age Pension to beneficiaries of Kangpokpi, Saitu and Saikul is going on at SBI Kangpokpi Branch, Kanggui (Kangpokpi) Women Welfare Organization ex-president Hechin lauded local MLA Nemcha Kipgen for her significant roles and contributions towards the distributions of Old Age Pension at Kangpokpi today.
The KWWO Ex-President said that earlier, there are so many left out elderly persons who are already eligible and entitled to get the Old Age Pension benefit in Kangpokpi constituency and there is no one to take initiatives for them to avail the scheme while adding that many elderly persons hope of availing the benefit of the Scheme fades away gradually.
She further elaborated that, there are many persons who avail and enjoy the benefit of Old Age Pension amount though they were totally not yet eligible to get the facilities while there are many left out elderly persons who are well eligible to avail the benefit of the Scheme.
