Khaplang condemns David killing

DIMAPUR, April 3  : NSCN-K chairman S.S.Khaplang has strongly condemned the killing of David alias Loveson by NSCN-IM in Tamenglong district on Monday. SS Khaplang while conveying his condolence message has alleged that David alias Loveson was killed in cold blood by the NSCN IM on Monday last while he was on his way to his native village after attending the Easter Sunday service.

David was the member of Central Council Member (Member of Parliament of the NSCN-K).

Condemning the brutal killing of the leader the NSCN-K supremo said that killing of such a senior leader who had sacrificed almost his entire life in the service of 'Naga nation' shows how desperate the killers were after the lives of Naga 'national' leaders.

Recalling the services rendered for the cause of the 'Naga nation', the NSCN-K supremo said that although David will be missed but his service to the 'Naga nation' shall be edged in the history of Naga nation. Khaplang then conveys his sincere condolence to the bereaved family members adding that the 'Naga nation' stood by them in their hours of grief and also prayed to almighty God the departed soul rest in peace in heaven.
