NISA held NEROCA in goalless draw

IMPHAL, October 5: NISA held NEROCA in a goalless draw lowering the latter’s prospect of lifting the 7th MSL tiltle today at the Khuman Lampak Main Stadium.

NEROCA after gaining just one point after today’s match is at 14 points with AIM, SSU and TRAU at the end of seven matches. MPSC is at the top of table with 16 after yesterday’s win against KSC.

However, NISA is still at the 7th position in the 11 club league.

NEROCA had several chances to score during the crucial match for its title run, but failed to convert any. However, NEROCA controlled the ball throughout the match.

Two players of NEROCA Th Roshan (76th) and Md Sohail Shah (80th) and one of NISA Pattrick Kamei (59th) were cautioned during the second half of the match.
