Private schools support education free zone

IMPHAL, July 3: The All Manipur Recognized Private Schools’ Welfare Association, Imphal has today released a press note supporting the move of the DESAM to make education free zone for which a mass rally is being organised to be held on July 5, 2013 for the districts of Imphal West, Imphal East, Thoubal and Bishnupur while further appealed to all the member schools to extend cooperation of that said education free zone rally.
The press note added that the teaching, non-teaching staffs and also the students reading in class VIII to XII of the member schools are hereby informed to definitely join the rally while saying that this association is ready to extend all the time moral and physical support for the move to develop education and make it free zone, it said.
The All Manipur Elementary School Teachers’ ASssn Zone II has also appealed to all teachers to join the rally.
