Moscow, September 5: Prime Minister Manmohan Singh reached Russia where he will attend the two day G20 summit which begins on Thursday and that is expected to focus on minimizing the external impact when major developed countries gradually phase out fiscal stimulus.

The past summits were held in Washington, London, Pittsburgh, Toronto, Seoul, Cannes and Los Cabos.
