MR personnel accused of molesting child remanded to 15 days judicial custody

IMPHAL, Sept 23: The District and Session Court, Manipur West today remanded a personnel of the 5th Manipur Rifles accused in a molestation case of seven year old girl to 15 day’s judicial custody after the case was put up to the court by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Tamenglong.
According to the police, the accused identified as L Iboyaima (38), Son of (L) Mangi Khuman of Khurai Ningthoubung Leikai, a personnal of the 5th Manipur Rifles posted at Tamenglong under Riflemen Number 05006253 was produced before the Chief Judicial Magistrate Tamenglong today.
The Session Court remanded the accused to 15 days Judicial custody after the case was put up to the District and session Court today.
