IMPHAL, July 16: The All Manipur Recognised Private Schools’ Welfare Association has today released a press note conveying its concern on the mysterious missing of two minor students of the Standard Robarth Higher Secondary School on the backdrop of missing school children in the recent past adding that this association has taken it very seriously.
The association said that the act of detaining by providing momentary comfort and material benefit to those children who do not see clearly between right and wrong is a deplorable issue in all sense, it said further adding that maintaining prolonged silence on the issue by all concern is highly condemnable, it said.
Such unwanted happenings in the society has created a sense of insecurity and dilemma on the part of parents thereby sometimes thinking to opt not to send the children to schools in the fear that they might be kidnapped.
