Ruangmei Literature Society condoles

IMPHAL, April 20: The Ruangmei Literature Society has condoled the untimely demise of Poujairung Thaimei of Keishamthong Kabui, Yaiskul, lmphal. Poujairung Thaimei was a founding member and former Vice President of Ruangmei Literature Society and was an imminent writer, artist and a playwright and recipient of several awards including Manipur State Kala Academy Award (1997-98) for his tireless works and achievements  in the fields of art, culture and literature, a release said.

Meanwhile, a press release from the All Manipur United Clubs’ Organisation (AMUCO) has expressed heartfelt condolence on the sudden demise of Poujairung Thaimei, a well-known artiste and a prominent leader among Kabuis of Keisamthong Khun on April 19.
