Rape condemned

IMPHAL, April 27: A press release from Sustainable Development Centre (SDC), Thamnapokpi has expressed unhappiness over the incident wherein a boy aged 15 of Charangpat Mayai Leikai under Thoubal district on April 23 had molested and raped two girls of aged five years of the same locality.

It further said that stringent actions against those involved in such crimes should be taken up according to law. If juveniles are involved in the crimes they should be produced before the Juvenile justice board, it said while condemning the rape of minor children.
