Oinam Sophia becomes first Miss Kangleipak

IMPHAL, December 30, 2012 : The first Miss Kangleipak contest 2012 for best physique (women) was held today at the Gandhi Memorial Hall. All together 9 women participated in the competition organized by the  Manipur Amateur Body Builders’ Association which was sponsored by the Janaki Barbal Club and Lamyanba Meetei Gym.

Oinam Sophia of Janaki Barbal club was adjust as winner of the women's physique competition while the 1st runner up position went to Thangjam (O) Sarita Devi  of Royal Fitness Gym, Thoubal and 2nd runner up position to Wangkem Jamuna Devi of Royal Fitness Gym, Thoubal

The winner, 1st runner up, 2nd runner up were awarded with a trophy, certificate, medal and cash rupee of 20 thousand, 15 thousand and 10 thousand respectively while all other participants were given a consolation prize of 500 each.
