Home Minister calls meeting with State DGPs, Secys

New Delhi, Dec 24: Union Home Minister Sushil Kumar Shinde has called a meeting with the State Director generals of police and chief secretaries on 4th of January to discuss the women security situation across the country.

He will be holding a day long discussion with the state officials to know about the current security situation and is likely to take up steps to improve it wherever required.

Home Minster will on Monday meet the Chief Justice of Delhi high court and discuss the issue of fast tracking the gangrape case.

He will also be meeting the Lieutenant Governor of Delhi Tejinder Khanna to discuss the security situation in the national capital.
