IT dept submits report of its probe on Gadkari's Purti Group


Nagpur, Nov 8: The Mumbai Income Tax department has submitted a detailed report of its investigations on BJP President Nitin gadkari's Purti Group in Nagpur.

According to sources from the IT department, a report that has been submitted to the Pune and Kolkata IT department states that most of the companies that invested money in the Purti group are fake and do not exist while some are registered on fictitious address.

The report also states that the companies were incorporated with minimum paid up capital and the directors of these companies were changed frequently.

Money invested in these companies has come from Nagpur and Kolkata hence the Mumbai IT department has submitted its report to Pune and Nagpur IT department so that they can carry the probe ahead.

Meanwhile, Government said allegations against BJP President in media are being probed by agencies.
