Science seminar at MU

IMPHAL, August 27: The Indian Science Congress Association- Manipur Chapter kicked off the two days seminar on “Science for Shaping the Future of India” here in Manipur University’s Senate Hall. The seminar is being organized by Manipur University in collaboration with Indian Science Congress Association, Kolkata.

Prof. H. Nandakumar, Vice Chancellor of MU presided the occasion as the Chief Guest. Speaking on the occasion, he expressed his gratitude to ISCA for organizing such seminar as it gives the students and scholars an opportunity to promote their scientific endeavors. Saying so, he encouraged the students and scholars to work harder and the University will support them as much as possible.

The inauguration of the seminar was attended by many students and professors. Also, delegates from the association itself participated in the event and many resource persons will continue to impart knowledge and information during the two days seminar.
