IMPHAL, July 15: Bharatiya Khet Majdur Union has today released a press note announcing an all India general strike on July 16 against the various grievances faced by the agriculture workers of the country.
As part of it, the Bharatiya Khet Majdur Union, Manipur will organise a discussion program at Manipur Press Club under the theme “Demand Day”.
The problem of the economic condition and soaring inflation of the country, the decreasing of the production and devaluation of Rupee will be discussed during the demand day discussion, it said.
