NCB conducts drawing competition against drug abuse

LAMKA, June 24: A team led by the Superintendent of Police (SP) Narcotic Control Bureau (NCB) Imphal sub-zone, today, conducted a drawing competition at Dawn School, Lailamveng , Lamka participated by 30 school students on the theme, “Make health your new high in life, not drugs”.
The SP KV Robinson Gangte said, “This is the first or the beginning activity of our program and campaign for eradication of drug abuse and trafficking in CCpur which will later be expanded to more events and will include, apart from drawing, activities like essay writing competition, debate and seminar which will be based on the same theme as today”.
All the participantd of today's event were also presented a wristband with the epitaph ‘I decided I won’t take drugs’.
