Manipur-Myanmar delegation set to return

IMPHAL, June 3: The 41-member delegation of Manipur Government led by Chief Minister O Ibobi Singh which had left Imphal for Myanmar to attend the North-East India-Myanmar Business Conclave on May 25 will return to Imphal on June 3.
Earlier, it was scheduled that the Manipur delegation would return to the state on June 2.
The North-East India-Myanmar Business Conclave which was held from May 26 to June 2 at Monya and Mandalay of the neighbouring country.
The meeting aims to boost the trade relationships between Myanmar and India with special emphasis on Northeast region.
Among others, Chief Minister Ibobi, his better half MLA O Landhoni, Commerce and Industries minister Govindas Konthoujam are part of the delegation.
