Hyderbad, February 23, 2013: Hyderabad Police Commissioner Anurag Sharma on Saturday said that the investigation into the twin blasts in the city has been handed over to Special Investigation Team.
Speaking to the media in Hyderabad, the Police Commissioner dismissed the speculation that CCTV cameras near the blast site were not functioning on Thursday.
He asserted that the cameras had been functioning till 8.30 Pm on that evening and CCTV footage are being analysed.
He also said that the State government will give a reward of 10 lakh rupees for providing credible information leading to the detection of the case.
Neighbouring country is indulging in proxy war: Advani
Reacting on the Hyderabad twin blasts, Senior BJP leader L K Advani on Saturday alleged that a neighbouring country is indulging in proxy war with India. He was talking to reporters in Mumbai.
BJP spokesperson Ravishanker Prasad said the party will back government in tackling terrorism.
Talking to media in New Delhi, he said the government should fight against terror with determination.
Congress Party said that all political parties and state governments should support Government in tackling terrorism.
Party spokesman Rashid Alvi said they should also discuss the issue of NCTC.
