Manipuri found death at Mumbai

IMPHAL, November 24: A 40-year-old Manipuri was found dead at a bus stand of Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus under Dongari Police Station in Mumbai at around 11:30 am on Friday.

The identity of the death person whose actual home address of Manipur is yet to be ascertained has been established as Naorem Ratankumar alias Boy alias Tony, 40, son of Kumar. He was staying with his wife and daughter in a rented house at Bendra West in Mumbai after staying at Zuhu area of Mumbai some years back.

According to sources, Ratankumar left home some 20 years ago and he has been residing in Mumbai since the last 15 years. He was in Nepal before settling in Mumbai. He came to Mumbai after marrying a local girl from Nepal, where he first used to work.    

He is survived by his wife Sobha Wangmu Lama, 39, and his 9-year-old daughter Naorem Leena. His death body is still waiting for post mortem JJ Hospital morgue in Mumbai.
